William, imagine Dell building IBM's PC's. The result to IBM would be the end of a 1.1 billion dollar loss and IBM's ability to concentrate on it's strengths.

Now listen to these words "DELL is managed by an infinitely better team than is IBM"

This would imply IBM would benefit greatly from a Dell merger. IBM would gain not only in hardware production but in management skills.

Imagine Dell being bought by IBM after a period of Dell producing IBM PC's. Dell shares would be bought at a premium and converted to IBM shares.

What would happen to IBM shares with Dell type management as part of IBM?

I think this could work out to be a great deal by all.

Just speculation!
