Check out Puma Technology.

It was started a couple of years ago by former SystemSoft executives and now has a market cap almost as high as Phoenix. Their revenues for the last 12 months are $20m. The Phoenix SIP group has 9 months revenues of $14m. Maybe the investment bankers can take it public now. They seem to be able to sell anything.
