Good Morning Marty!

As I mentioned in yesterday's reply to you, I mentioned that I had called the company to ask them a few questions. One of the questions I asked was whether there was anything of significance that investors might be interested in. He reminded me that they have been planning an investors' tour during the week of October 18th to the 22nd. When he told me this I asked him for the details as I wanted to send it out to a few friends that I know who may be interested in attending. Then I thought, what the heck why not post this on the main thread. After all, I consider everyone who reads this thread a friend! <ggg>

So, with that introduction, here is what Mr. Hunt sent me:

____________________________________________________________

You asked me to send you the itinerary for our tour. Please stress that the economics of the trip mean that we are having to concentrate on institutional and sizeable personal investors; a minimum interest of 50,000 shares.

Anyone who's interested in investing in Net Shepherd but unable to afford those kind of levels is welcome to contact me.

Regards,

Peter Hunt
