Hmmm....difficult situation here as my cybercrush is ever vigilant...here, at your sole disposal, and at considerable expense to my good self, is one gentleman by name of Kreuwan Sittichaibunreong, Master Masseur in Residence of the Oriental Hotel Bangkok's Spa (across the Chao Phrya River from the hotel itself). The Oriental is universally considered to be the finest hotel in Southeast Asia, and the spa if of equivalent merit. I think you will find traditional Thai massage (the real thing) to be an excellent addition to your exercise regimen. He's yours for one month. He also cooks Thai, but that's extra.
