Motorola will be showing is new smart phones at next week's Telecom '99 show in Geneva Switzerland, the company says. The company will preview its Timeport P1088 phone, a dual-band GSM phone based on Java technology. The phone supports Wireless Application protocol and will provide both Web browsing and e-mail for users. The company also will preview the Timeport P7389, another WAP-compliant phone that includes personal information management capabilities.
