Hi Joe, I doubt anything will happen to shake up the board this time round. I haven't received my proxy materials yet, will get after my broker if they don't show up this week. Certainly the sneaky, invisible ex-CEO and chairmain who won't allow his name attached to anything Novell says needs to go, as well as Noorda's representative. We shall see. sf
