Why is that against libertarianism? For example if Ford said all workers had to live on site, and buy food from the Ford grocery store... and this was a condition of employment, would it not be within his authority to do so? It is his company after all? I would have thought the workers' rights legislation that came through in the 30s was away from libertarianism. I'm not a libertarian, myself so I could be wrong about this.
