Smith Barney is supporting it because they are doing the secondary, I can tell you many reasons why the stock should go down, but what should happen and what does.....well....Overall the compound will like make it ot markert in 2-3 years and be a modest seller, there will be at leas two drug that will compete directly with it. The share price should decline when the 2.3M shares hit the market, I suspect they will save news for that time period
