I find it almost self serving that a report on that issue comes out a day or 2 before earnings announcement on these companies is going to commence. They are probably buying up many of these stocks hit by shrapnel... Tell me why CNXT should be affected, or TQNT or TXCC or even RFMD? If you've got a LT horizon, you're going to enjoy it if you stake a claim with some of these today. As always, do your own DD...
