joarel and ALL. CGI today climbed over $1 on the MSE with no news. This might be the tip of the iceberg. Some insiders buying. Does anybody on this board know about the IT deal that might be given to CGI (GIB on NYSE) by both SBC and AIT? Any rumors to that respect? Friends on the inside of SBC/AIT that can answer?
