Notice the DJT confirming the oil decline. Resistance levels at 3150 then bearish resistance line up at 3400.

Also, OIX barely hanging on to 282 which IMO if broken will confirm bearish trend.

Bulls may point to oil's decline today. But they
ignored the rise so they shouldn't notice the
fall should they???
