Re: "Why would they wait?" Peep, I think I figured out what you were asking. "Why would they (BUYER) wait (TO INVEST)"? (I thought you meant why would FNTN wait to sell, sorry). Could be lots of reasons, probably just as many as why someone WOULDN'T wait. We don't know all the possibilities.
