Yesterday in a press release, HITT announced that "the Company has entered into an agreement with the Amrhein Foley Group of Southern California to raise $10 Million in cash". The details of this agreement, which evidently involves two private placements, were not disclosed. "Pete Foley", quoted in the article, was identifed as "Co-Founder of Amrhein Foley Group". Neither Amrhein Foley's exact location, nor the precise nature of their business, was explained.

Web searches for the Amrhein Foley Group yielded nothing. Later in the day, however, N (or D, depending on your browser) checked out the NASD, and found:

Two of them are interesting. Their middle names differ, but their CRD numbers are almost the same, 210650 and 210651. I wonder if they are related parties who registered at the same time. Mr. 210651 looks less interesting at first glance, but Mr. 210650 is a humdinger.
Mr. 210650 no longer is registered, which is interesting. He previously had 18 employers. The most recent was in LaJolla, CA. The list, which I paste below, includes one I recognize: the notorious penny stock broker A. R. Baron. His employment there ended April 1996. Notice what happened the next month, according to reports at sec.gov:
"On May 29, 1996, the Commission issued a Temporary Cease-and-Desist Order against Baron to halt fraudulent practices."
Among his other previous employers were "The Foley Group" and "Foley & Raplan."

Here's my own interpretation: all the paper trails lead back to Peter Foley the broker, and to Foley Group of Laguna Hills. Are these the people with whom HITT has struck a deal?
This would appear to be the case. Does a :"Mr Amrhein" work for or with the Foley Group of Laguna Hills? You betcha.
Just my opinion, but I think somebody's got some ‘splainin' to do… I suggest the HITT longs consider the implications of all this very carefully.
