Well Porter, it looks like the brainchild of one fool may be undone by another even bigger fool. Bernard Landry, Quebec's minister of finance, doesn't think the Exchange exchange is good enough for Montreal. He says, "[the Toronto Exchange] should go back to it's drawing board. We think their drawing is good, but it could be better." I'd love to lock him and Rowland Fleming in a room together for a week to see what happened.
