I've been a LT stockholder of OCGT for 4 years and have been surprised by the recent action in the stock. A broker from a fairly well-known securities house said he thought that the stock had a ST target of 3 and that the likely prospect of soon-to-be realized contracts is the driving force behind this action. Of course this brokerage house is a market-maker in OCGT!
