The body appears coppery but the feathers have all the colors. The breast is stunning with color. And a tail. Oh, what a tail. One I shot in the 60s had a tail 31" long. Those feathers would have won me a pair of Red Wing boots but my girlfriend was holding them. She caught me doing, well I was doing with her roommate what I was only supposed to do with her.
