Translation: we (FIC) cannot afford to spent extra 50c for better MOSFET switches in our on-board power supply, therefore our PS sucks and can't hold extra two amps for higher frequency processors.... Workaround: Skip 650 and wait for 700+ true 0.18 Athlons :)
