"where do you think the cash to pay for it is coming from?" It is coming out of the BKS credit line. Regardless, it is a bad deal for BKS and adds nothing to BNBN. Read the press release: biz.yahoo.com "Barnes & Noble, Inc. expects to finance the acquisition under its existing $850 million senior credit facility."
