Matt: "He's not had a very good year so far this year (KO, G, DIS)" Those stocks have never been for sale. Their long-term returns reflect the investment decisions waaaaaaaaaaaay back (when they were made) before they blew the doors off the S&P to date since purchase - not this year. "Are you saying that you think we are approaching a bottom in the bond (top in equities) and a major turning point in the broader market?" No. I am saying Buffett's actions which have been almost completely right for the last 40+ years are suggesting it.
