Ray,I not going to look up or find up 10k or other reports for these statements. (as I am working 6 -10s and can,t remember were the information was gained. I think mostly at annual meetings.) 13% eff. is from 1 ft sq panel in the lab. 10.2 % is expected to be attained. I belive at the last meeting.(March 99) ECD was up to 8% looking to get to 10.2% with equipment now in place. Maybe someone else with clearer memory that was at the meeting would care to comet.
