If the trendline was broken as you suggest, I would go to cash. If the NYSEBP turned positive, I would play around a bit more on the long side, but with no real commitment until December.

An example would be something that Preston said to me the other day when I was in HAL. He suggested that we may be nearing a top in the oil services sector even though everything looked positive on the P&F charts. Fortunately, I listened to him cuz I know that he has some insights into that industry. Now, I am a low level guy and don't really have an in-depth view in to all of the purchasing trends in the tech sector, but I see enough hints to cause a higher level of caution than I would normally have based solely on P&F. That is something that I can't help, my profession is even more ingrained in me than P&F.
