I just finished sending out another email to the SAC with my personal analysis of the way it has been trading since the big jump. You could say this analysis defines my daily "target" range, but this is created by the market makers. I said I think the trading range has an uptrend of about 2.93 percent compunded daily and it will be interesting to see how long this lasts. If it lasts as long as a month, it could easily be 2 1/2 by the time of the launch, and if it is that high, it will blow the socks off of new investors. What I should have included in the SAC letter (it just occurred to me) was that there is long term resistance at around 2 to 2 1/4 and therefore 2 1/2 would constitute a breakout, especially since I am talking about closing prices. So to answer your question, no I don't have a personal target since I have no fundamentals to tie it to except what exists now. But just for the fun of it, say book is at 1 1/2 and it trades at 3X book. That gives 4 1/2. Or let's say earning per share is 11 cents and with the launch, the street will see a fast growing new entity and will give it a PE of 40. That also could amount to about 4 1/2. But those are some really big IF's. And then again, Kirk will say that is nothing compared to what it will be some day, after the new company has its acquisitions under its belt.
