John-They have no cash? We all should be that short of cash: 108million before the offering and 382million after. MRV did not get stock or cash as NAC sold JNPR newly issued shares and NAC got the cash. I'm sure the details will come out soon and we will see that JNPR paid a lot more for the 2nd financing of NAC than MRV did for the first. MRV no longer needs to fund NAC,gets improved visibility, and some serious sponsorship for this affiliate. All in all, IMHO, a very good deal for us shareholders. Best regards, Mike
