There may be some merit to the suit...it is quite odd to go out of one's way to acquire a company in which you hold such a control position...it would not appear to be an arm's length transaction...BKS is going to have to prove the worth of the offer. Conflict of interest...hard to escape...and people wonder why I refuse to buy or own the stocks I recommend. It's just easier being honest and to make certain there is not even the appearance of conflict of interest. That is one of the reasons I am somewhat suspect of Cramer and TheStreet.com.
