I have held my SUNW for over 4 years now (I bought in the
summer of 1995 at a split-adjusted price of $5/share).
I am starting to get a little nervous with the P/E around
50-60. SUNW is a great company, and I really want to
keep my position for another 10+ years... however, I cant
help but think there has got to be a pull-back here at
some point. SUNW is growing at 20-25% per year, which does
not seem to justify its lofty P/E (at least in my book).
I am holding other tech stocks with comparable growth rates
that have P/E ~ 10-15. Are there any other nervous long
term holders out there? If so, what are your thoughts?
Have you sold off in anticipation of better entry points?
thanks, Bill
