To All the Bereaved .......

Life is like a journey. We travel through each day of life, hoping, planning, looking forward to what lies ahead. We enjoy the present and remember good times of the past. But no matter how carefully we plan, no matter what our hopes and dreams for the future might be, as we travel the road of life we're going to get caught by surprise along the way. We will find unexpected hardships, delays and problems.

One of those unexpected hardships is the death of a company. No matter how much we prepare and think about death, when it comes we're never really ready. No matter how much or how little advanced warning we have, the death of a company always catches us off guard and stops us in our tracks. Because when a company close to us dies, we come face to face with our own mortality, with the fact that sooner or later each of us will die. In times like these, we have to look into our faith and seek the deeper meaning of hope in our lives.

Today we have to pause for a moment and catch our breath because the death of BLHG has caught us by surprise again( well sort of...). We pause for a moment in the journey of life to celebrate, remember, and mourn the passing of Beacon Light Holding. BLHG was different things to different people: to Chris, a quick buck on a turn around; to GJC a pipe dream; to Tommy a scam that needed uncovering; to Shorty a source of revenue for a new well, to Steve an enigma on a chart; to me, as well as others gathered here, a constant source of amusement.

Whatever the nature of our relationship with Beacon, we pause today to give thanks to the OTC for allowing them to remain while they did. Today we come together with our different memories of that market place. We come to share those memories and experiences. We come to remember that each of those memories and experiences was a gift from the OTC as Beacon now will be relegated to the lowly pink sheets.

We gather today, not to find answers to all those questions we will never understand, especially where Beacon is concerned, but to ask, what the hell ever happened to those financials?

No, we are here to seek the support of people who have walked the road of pink sheets before us, facing the same trials and disappointments we do today. We hear the words of people who have suffered distress, discouragement, pain and "I told you so's" that came before us. We seek hope in the middle of what looks like a hopeless situation.

Certainly Beacon faced many trials in their short OTC life. Rejected as a mining co., they had to take on the responsibility of finding something they could hold on to (besides the obvious), and they did the very best they could to provide an occasional PR. So what if they weren't true, so what if they never signed companies they said they would, they never meant to hurt anyone...well...not personally anyway. Like all of us, Beacon struggled to make some sense out of life, the difference was, we did...they didn't.

Like many folks, Beacon struggled to find love in a world where love is often an elusive thing. They succeeded in finding that love with China....or so they thought. They tried in their own way to show their love for those who were nearest and dearest to them. ...and they did. I still remember the elation in Chris's posts when he found about the plastic adult toys. Come to think about it...we haven't heard from Chris since he requested the free samples. I hope he hasn't over dosed on ....well enough about that.

Life as we know it here in this world has ended for Beacon. But you and I have a ways to go yet. Our shared journey of life and investing goes on. Like the first disciples of pink sheets, we walk together, sharing our moments of doubt and our moments of hope. Yes brother and sisters, I hear your pain..." I swear I'll never invest in another penny again". Some of you will learn and will not continue this course, but others, others will not be as fortunate. They will continue to invest in companies that don't report. You know who you are....repent now!

You do not walk alone. Yes, you have one another to cling to, and I encourage family and friends to draw even closer together during this difficult time, to lean on one another for strength and support. But more importantly, lean on me. Remember that I am sharing your journey, bringing us new hope and faith. A collection fund has been established to help those in their time of need. Please feel free to make your donations directly to me as I am the financial director for the "Survivors of Beacon Promises". All proceeds will be used to help individuals buy listed stocks, so be generous.

Beacon has passed from this life through the gate of Death to their pink sheet home. And I pray that they find the peace that so often eluded them here. We, former investors, present pink sheeter's and friends, continue our journey, having the hope and the promise that all is not lost. Someday, you may recover your losses and learn to invest in companies that fulfill their PR promises. This is the hope that I have for you. This is what sustains us even in the face of death. And nothing can take that away from us. Go forth now and invest wisely, learn from the errors of your ways........may Beacon rest in peace.....sniff sniff.
