25% Drop on Expected 10% Decline in EPS: Overreaction?

Wow! Is anyone else still following XRX? Today sure looked like a buying opportunity to me! At this price, the EPS even on the expected lower earnings looks to be way under 20.

XRX recently acquired Tectronix, makers of one of the best solid ink color printers, the Phaser series.

My guess is that XRX is well on the way to becoming the market leader for high end and network color printers (non inkjet).

What doom and gloom am I not seeing?
