Hey Steve, got to love those 18 month projections:
ExclusiVactions at Miami Beach is expected to have revenues of $10,605,974 and a net profit of $3,412,158 from the timeshare alone based on an 18 month sell-out period.

Imagine being in such command of your business that you can project out the the very dollar what that earnout is going to be 18 months from now. Why that's positively anal in its attention to detail.

So your troubles with the SEC haven't slowed you down too much I'm guessing.
