Dear Bill: I also have been a fairly long term SUNW shareholder. My oldest shares have about a 12 split adjusted basis. I am around 20 overall. SUNW may have a high PE then again it may not really depends on how one views the internet portion, the SUNRAY and all of that. But one thing for sure, UNCLE SAM is going to get a very large hunk of any proceeds should you sell. So SUNW would have to take a major dip for you to buy back in and remain even cash wise. I dont see a dip of that size in the cards unless the whole market collapses. If that happens, wont matter who you own. I think you have to look to the future and decide if you want to be part of the SUNW franchise. If so hold, if not nows a good time to sell. JDN
