I spoke with IGCO yesterday. I was told that they are suing auric to enforce their contractual right to the auric fire assay and extraction technologies and had joined dames and moore to the action because dames and moore, who have received the technology from auric, are unwilling to release the technology. IGCO alleges that auric's motive is to use the technology as leverage to renegotiate their contract with igco for additional $$. IGCO is quick to point out that there is evidence of gold in the ground based on determinations other than the auric assays (microscopy, etc.).
I've never decided if these little, incredibly speculative stocks are there for entertainment or investment. Las Vegas without the air fare... The next period will be part of the entertainment. Think of it as a premium built into the stock price. Bob Burr
