I think that GATA has already won. i.e. They/it/he (Bill Murphy) exposed the manipulation of the market and gave the embattled gold shareholders a chance to realise some profits. I'm not sure that there is very much more that could be sought, e.g. how would you settle for damages? I can see legal costs. And out of court settlement, because it is all out in the open now.

PS I like your price predictions. At least I hope that they come to pass (becuase of that property we have discussed at length in the past)!
