I agree with you that shareholder perspectives will change once each is holding a profit rather than the current loss most (all) have. But as I have said before, the leg up will not be a straight line, there will be many sellers along the way who will want to "dump this dog" and be happy to be even, although they have left much more on the table than that which was taken.
3, 5, 7 years is quite a long time, perhaps if you sell a portion to get back your initial investment, and let the rest ride, that would be a scenario in which I would go the 3, 5, 7 holding period. But somewhere along the way I suspect we will acquire a suitor and TSIS will belong to someone else and will be owning the suitor.
As to Don's burdens being lifted from his shoulders once we are fully reporting and each profitable. Maybe so, for a moment, but then all will be clamoring for more earnings, dividends, further enhance shareholder value, etc, just like the "big boys" on "the street". |
