The following is, of course!, just my opinion:
People like Dorian count on people like Acts, and Raincheck, and bks, and...naturally...Pugs (BW). One born every 0.0023 seconds. Not only will they buy, they'll also defend their folly to the death, in spite of red flags, rational argument, deteriorating stock price, whatever.
Woo. Pugs was still hyping RMIL a year and a half after it stopped trading. Oh yeah, financial out ANY DAY, back on the OTCBB, then FAST move to AMEX or NASDAQ. Wellll, now it's been nearly two years. Pugs had kinda accepted the fact that the game's over. But whom does he blame? Management? LOLOLOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!! Of COURSE NOT!! Pugs, though now he does acknowledge that management played him for an utter fool, still maintains that the REAL culprits were the Nasty Bashers who did their best to warn everyone...
Hilarious, isn't it?
