10/09/99 The ACM moved back to 50% levels on Thursday. There is a 5 in 10 chance of making money in this market!! We need to keep watching TECHNOLOGY. It was weak on Friday. It must remain above its 50 day trend line or we could be in trouble. It usually preceeds a market direction. JR
