J--As a very LT holder of AMAT, my advice is to ignore daily fluctuations and focus on whether the semi business is doing well. The answer is, very well, indeed! You'll be rewarded. In fact, about a year ago it wasn't, and there was a raging debate on this thread about its future, and my response was that it will.

The only cloud, IMO, on the horizon is the recent articles that Moore's Law of growth may be hitting its limit. If that is so, it will have implications for AMAT, but not for years.
