FWIW I found this on the Bobz board. Note that I still think USTI is one of the best little BB's there is, and I've been in and out, numerous time, but this may explain some of the action this past while.
LOL I've been hyped on USTI in PM's and EM's for two weeks now, including one that said something about great earnings being reported next week....I think, as usual, USTI will file Nov 12 or 15 (the 13-14 being a weekend).
I hope all have taken full advantage of the recent moves.

This is not a bash- as I haven't even looked at this company.
However, I received an email from a list I am on that was going to release this as a momo play. Unfortunatley one of the
groups released it early and the release was called off.
Point is: Alot of people bought this early and are now looking to dump. Maybe that explains the supposed "insider email"
posted below.
Again-THIS IS INFORMATION ONLY- NOT KNOWLEDGE, so take it for what it's worth. Included is the email I
recieved. I have no position here, but I find this sudden interest coincidental with the aborted momo play.
Be careful.
As many of you are well aware, a huge MOMO play involving USTI had been
set up involving multiple penny stock newsletters. Ultimate Pennies made
reference to this MOMO play a few days, but we kept the details secret.
The vast scope of this MOMO play had the potential to make alot of people
ALOT of money. Unfortunately, a few overzealous and impatient penny stock
newsletters took it upon themselves to release the MOMO pick "early".
This ruined the entire plan for everyone. Thanks to a few, many were
denied an opportunity to make a nice profit.
The authors of this newsletter saw what was happening with the USTI MOMO
pick and decided not to release it to the members of the Ultimate Pennies
mailing list. This measure was taken to protect the members of our
newsletters from getting caught up in a MOMO play gone bad.
If you unfortunately played this MOMO play and lost money, we empathise
with you. You can rest assured that the authors of this newsletters take
great pains to avoid any unscrupulous or shady penny stock plays.
