NBR has been receiving mention on KOB thread. With all the activity with ELH and Cal Canal I expected more "chat" on NBR thread. I am looking at this stock for the first time. Would those familiar with NBR's current activities care to comment on the drop from $29+ early September to current level $20-$21. Naibob
