Post His financials? The suspension was for failure to pay the fine . The failure to pay was caused by leaving the business.

It's no different than if you quit your job and then 11 months later you get a letter from your old boss saying you are being fired for Not showing up.

The WSJ did a thorough investigation of this issue, so as to make sure they told the truth based on how things really happened.

He can go back by sending a check, not his financials, The NASD has no jurisdiction to see his finacials. What book of fiction did you pull that from?

Just admit you bought some crap stock and you blame him for your loss. Right?
