There are some interesting clues to this biz in an article on CMDC and why they willl only make .04 and not .24; from what I can tell they get a significant portion of reported income from expansion, i.e. a new tenant buys in they make a profit that gets reported. To maintain the level of profits they have been reporting, they must continue this part of the income stream. Financing has dried up, so this stops, so the income is just management, far less lucrative but more in line with the sustainable income stream? Selling below book value but that doesn't amount to much with overhanging debt and a meager income. Other than that, everything's fine <g> I suppose sunrise will rebound but late Nov. would be better time to speculate - a lot of tax-loss selling will occur here regardless of valuation. Greg
