ATMI (18 7/8, +2).

I'm glad the Street reacted positively to the merger with Advanced Delivery & Chemical Systems. Normally the acquiror drops after announcing a merger, but ATMI's management deserves credit for pursuing a merger which will be accretive to earnings.

What synergies does ATMI hope to everage from the merger?
