Ciao...

As part of the realignment of Canadian Exchange business, the
Vancouver Stock Exchange and Alberta Stock Exchange will merge
to form the Canadian Venture Exchange effective Monday November
22, 1999.

Now...this does not consider the recent comments by the Quebec Government to prevent this merger from taking place.
