Quote.com gives this IPO a 'favorable +4' rating and ipopros.com rates it as a hot offering. Part of my interest in this co comes from the fact that Etrade should be given an allotment of shares for distribution. I will be doing more dd on this co over the weekend to decide whether to IOI the offering although my initial impression is that it's just another etailor imo.
