hd... I would bet there are more shorts than longs! <vbg> I'm in at 12 so I'm going to just hang in there I think. I do expect a surge in volume as the arbs unwind their short positions near and after consummation of the merger. If that unwinding happens to coincide with bullish sentiment throughout the sector I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a run to resistance at 17, backlog concerns notwithstanding. I'll dig into the Ocean Rig issues a little more as time allows. Maybe I can get IR to provide copies of the arbitration briefs ?? I'm a lawyer too so I can speak that language. Take it easy.
