No John. The PP is to raise the additional capital needed to go with the 8 million shares for Bio-Wash. Bio-Wash owners are getting 8 million shares of NIR. ( this is not part of any PP ). Then Napier is to pay the Bio-WAsh owners 3 million in cash. The PP is to raise the 3 million. I have also heard that Napier is also to provide 1 to 2 million ( I can't seem to find an exact number for this ) for working capital. Al
