Hey Mel, how's your painting going? I just finished several rooms last week. I bought a 5 gallon bucket figuring to use what was left in the garage, I have about a cup left over. Just enough to save for spots and dings. I used a power roller for a lot of it and it moves a lot of paint in a hurry but it's wasteful on the cleanup so it's for big jobs only. In the hallway and rooms with cathedral ceilings I went with white on the walls and ceilings, so no problem edging. But doing some of the other rooms that had wallpaper and around the doorways I found the pad applicators with the spacer wheels to be the nuts. Paint right up to the trim fast and neat.
