i think that may be the reason many otc bb stocks are weak now. i don't know what all the requirements are to stay listed on the otc bb. i'm pretty sure ( but not positive ) that immd has a yearly audit. i think they would need to do quarterlys too. does anyone know what's required to stay listed? paulie
