CENTRAXX SIGNS NETWORK INSTALLATION AGREEMENT SETS SIGHTS ON SPRING PRODUCT ROLLOUT

Las Vegas, Nevada, October 7, 1999- Centraxx, Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX) has
appointed Azimuth Three Enterprises Inc. ("AZ3") as the main contractor to install its Southern Ontario network, the first phase of a planned North America wide network expansion.

Under the terms of their agreement, AZ3 is to immediately commence securing leases for specific tower and rooftop locations, and subsequently will be responsible for a complete network installation.

The network deployment is expected to commence in early spring 2000 and be substantially completed and operational within three months from the commencement date. The planned Southern California network is to be installed immediately following a successful Ontario launch.

The Centraxx Southern Ontario network will cover a wide geographic area bounded by Windsor, Niagara Falls, Ottawa and Sudbury. One-third of the Canadian population resides in the network coverage area. Each base station will be capable of independently monitoring and tracking the position of tagged vehicles utilizing the Centraxx UNI-POINT(tm) technology.

Location information will be instantly communicated to the Centraxx Monitoring Center enabling prompt responsive action.

The completion of the Southern Ontario network paves the way for the rollout of the Centraxx AutoRescue(tm) vehicle tracking and recovery system and the AutoRescue PLUS(tm) roadside and emergency notification service. AutoRescue PLUS will enable vehicle owners to summon emergency assistance to their exact location at the touch of a button. Centraxx products are expected be available through traditional distribution channels such as mass merchants, major retailers and car dealerships, as well as through strategic partners such as insurance companies.

"Centraxx is an exciting new opportunity for AZ3 and we look forward to being involved in this project by adding value through our in-the-field hands on experience and engineering expertise," stated AZ3 Vice President, Jean Diab.

"This is a significant step for Centraxx," remarked Michael St. Eve, V.P. Sales, Network Development. "This proprietary network will be the Centraxx communication backbone, both in the immediate future and for the long term. The Centraxx network will be initially used for vehicle tracking but the capacity is there to accommodate future applications, such as fleet management, cargo tracking and child safety."

Mr. St. Eve further commented, "With Centraxx AutoRescue, we intend to
significantly impact the motor vehicle theft problem in North America. In Canada nearly 500 vehicles are stolen every day and most of these vehicles are never recovered or if recovered they are severely damaged. Centraxx will soon provide the first cost-effective solution for this problem."
