Frank,

Have you given any consideration to the potential competitive threat Cisco faces from Lucent? With Lucents' recent acquisition of INS, I expect they are going to become much more competitive on the data side of the house (voice always being their strong suit). In addition, Lucent also has some great technological potential sitting within Bell Labs.
