It is not against TOU to sue (or threaten to sue) another user for slander or libel. Where the hell have you been. And if you read back through the tons of posts on SI you will never see anything said concerning TOU and suing people for slander. Stating specific and false statements about another person publicly is slander, and besides, you will see that those cases were handled in court, not with SI's TOU.
