ask yourself why you are trying so hard to
discredit Paul K that you show everyone how
little self esteem you have. We can all guess
how much self loathing you must feel. How painful
it must be to trapped for ever in the jr. high level
of personal development!

ask yourself why you can't get rid of your obsession
to follow vlnc so closely. Mark you don't have to
be right every time. So you lost money on vlnc.
Let go of it Mark. The root cause of your problems
lies within you, not with anyone else's gain or loss
on vlnc. Whether we longs make money or lose we can't
eliminate the base cause of your suffering for you.

Try to spend more time working out your own
problems. There are ways to help yourself Mark.
If you face your problems bravely, you can start
to overcome your self-loathing. Try it, you'll feel
so much better.
